The paperwork
Privacy & terms.
A site that prices the personal-data trade should not be part of it. This page is short because there is almost nothing to disclose, and the one thing there is gets counted in full below.
Privacy
- No collection of you. No accounts, no forms that submit anywhere, no cookies, no localStorage profiles, no third-party analytics, no tracking pixels, no identifiers of any kind.
- One anonymous counter. Each page view sends a single same-server ping containing only the page name; the server stores the date and that page name — nothing else. No IP address, no browser details, no user agent, no way to tell two visitors apart. It exists so we know which pages are worth maintaining. It never includes anything you mark in the appraisal, and it doesn't run when the site is opened locally.
- The appraisal runs on your device. Your marks are processed by JavaScript in your browser and are never transmitted. Closing the tab erases them.
- Share links. "Copy share link" encodes your selections in the link itself (the part after
#). Anyone you send it to can reproduce your appraisal — that is the feature. We never see the link. - Controller and processor. The controller is the operator identified in the imprint, the single authoritative operator record for this site. The site is hosted by Hostinger (Hostinger, UAB, Vilnius, Lithuania, with Hostinger International Ltd), which processes standard server access logs (IP address, time, page requested) as the site's processor, for security and operations. For any transfer outside the EEA, Hostinger relies on European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (per its privacy policy, read 2026-08-31). That is infrastructure, not analytics, and we add nothing on top of it.
- Legal basis and retention. The anonymous page counter and the host's access logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interest in running, improving and securing the service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). The counter's rows contain no personal data and are kept as long-term aggregate statistics; access logs are retained by the processor on its own operational schedule and are used by us for nothing else. Nothing else is processed, so nothing else is retained.
- Your rights. GDPR gives you access, correction and erasure rights, plus restriction, objection and portability where they apply. Because this site holds no data about you, there is normally nothing to access or erase — but you can always write to the address below and we will answer within a month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian supervisory authority, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI ↗).
- No consent banner, on purpose. EU rules require consent for storing or reading information on your device (cookies and similar). This site does neither, so there is nothing to consent to.
- External links. Opt-out pages, platform settings and removal services open in a new tab on their own domains, under their own privacy policies. We attach no tracking parameters to them.
Affiliate disclosure
Links to paid removal services on the take-it-back page may become affiliate links, meaning this site could earn a commission if you subscribe, at no extra cost to you. Free routes are always listed first, no service pays for placement or ranking, and every such link sits under a visible disclosure.
